Robert A. Simon is the Founder and Managing
Director of Talent Acquisition Services, formerly New Media
Staffing. He brings a wealth of executive recruiting and
corporate staffing experience to the firm.
As preparation for this position, Bob
managed the High Technology Research Center for Accord
Group/Johnson Smith & Knisely, which was acquired by TMP
Worldwide Executive Search, where he continued as a Search
Consultant. His previous experience includes fifteen years as a
Partner with Deane, Howard & Simon, Inc., a boutique executive
search firm, which was acquired by Korn/Ferry International,
where Bob managed the High Technology Research Center and served
as a Search Principal. His early career in Human Resources and
Employment Management with Rogers Corporation, and with The
Stanley Works, provided the foundation for his career in
staffing.
Bob received his Masters Degree in Human
Resources Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in
1985. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Masonic
Healthcare Center in Wallingford, CT. Bob is a member of the
Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and he maintains
his memberships in the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and
the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
