Based in
Michigan, Randy Evans specializes in organizational consulting
to the executive management and boards of directors of small,
medium, and large business and non-profit organizations. His
services to management include executive coaching and
recruitment, organizational assessment, team-building
facilitation, organizational improvement strategy, and action
research. He also helps Boards of Directors design processes to
evaluate the core performance activities of organizations and
promote sustainable ethical cultures. His clients have ranged
from high-tech start-ups to global energy companies.
For the past
thirty years, Randy has held executive leadership positions in
the paper, automotive, aerospace, furniture, and computer
hardware and software businesses. Prior to his most recent role
as Founder of executive interventions, an organizational
consulting firm, Randy was Vice President, Human Resources for
Intuit, Inc., Vice President North America Human Resources and
Quality for Compaq Computer Corporation, and Vice President,
Human Resources for Haworth, Inc. His early career experience
includes sales, customer service, quality assurance, and human
resources assignments with TRW, Inc., and Mead Corporation.
Randy earned his
undergraduate degree from Ohio University and an MBA from the
Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He also has
recently completed his Ph.D. in Psychology from the Saybrook
Graduate School and Research Center in San Francisco with a
concentration in organization systems.
Randy is a
member of the NTL Institute of the Applied Behavioral Sciences,
and holds certifications from the Center for Creative
Leadership, Personnel Decisions, Inc., and Lominger, Ltd. He is
also qualified to use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
